The three gemstones are embellished with crescents of sparkling white diamonds outlined with synthetic calibre sapphire scallops, all of which are accentuated with delicate hand-engraved milgraining. A singular, sensational and impressive original Jazz Age jewel. Sapphires total 3.25 carats.
