This is a beautiful authentic ring by Cartier, it is crafted from solid 18k yellow gold in a high polished finish and boast a 40 points round cut vibrant sapphire gemstone in semi bezel setting. The ring has a nice thick round form at the front and tapers off thinner at the back of the band. It is fully signed Cartier with the serial number ring size and metal content.
